What kinds of questions might I bring to a Career Guide?
Career Guides work with managers on all kinds of topics. Some common ones include:
Prepping for leave: It’s my first time managing this situation – where do I start?
Discussing goals: I’m not sure how to address upcoming goals or opportunities with a parent who’s just returning from leave.
Managing anxiety: My team is concerned about taking on additional work and I’m not sure how to support them (and I’m anxious, too!).
A Cleo Career Guide is an independent coach with expertise in career development, team dynamics, and parenting. Your Guide’s role is to partner with you to explore questions and concerns, clarify goals or desired outcomes, and map out a plan of action or strategies to move toward your goals. The information you share with your Guide is confidential.
